One of the earliest FPS mods for Max Payne as far as I can remember.
Also allows you to have unlimited bullet time, more decals, and has a level selector.

A really basic mod based on a Turkish Television series
Features different gun sound effects, a few weapon reskins, a different player model, and the theme tune of the show is used as diving sound effect as well as main menu music.

A mod based on the famous British sitcom of the same name.
Just a small test map of a idea that likely closed down with the closure of Levels4you.com you can't play the main campaign with this skin its just one level.
Features red pistols, Shotgun looks slight different, lead pipe is now Beans Teddy Bear, and Max is now Mr. Bean,
5. Max Bean Skin mod
Same as above but this time you can play only the Max Payne tutorial level without the weapon reskins.

This mod simply causes enemies to explode into gibs when shot with explosives or shotguns (other weapons do nothing)
The bodies remain though and the gibs bug out a lot when done indoors.

A short horror themed mod clearly inspired by Half-Life especially Blue Shift since you play a security guard in this mod.
By far the most interesting mod on this list sadly its development shut down as mentioned in its readme file.

A WWE style mod where you fight 1v1 in a cage uses Kung Fu 3.0 as its base great idea however I personally feel the fights drag a bit too long.

A weapons and skin mod.
Max has different look entirely, features duel wieldable silenced mp5s, colt commandos, sawn off shotguns, and desert eagles, and the cross hair is now green.

Based on the Jet Li movie the mod features really slowed down dives, new menu based on the movie, new skin for max, new weapon sound effects and reskins, and faster running and weapon speed.
