Patch 9 is coming in soon, in December 2022, with another Panel from Hell, and so it is prime time to take a look back at what we got in Patch 8. Overall I have been happy with the patch with the introduction of bards and gnomes and a fresh new UI. We still have some of the same problems/grips, such as reactions, inventory and the camera.

Do keep in mind that Baldur's Gate 3 is still in early access and so the features shown in the video are subject to change and the game is incomplete, so expect more to be added to the game in the future. At time of recording the game was still in Early Access Patch 8, and by the time of the full release of Baldur's Gate 3 things may have changed.
