With the fix applied, everything works properly with 21:9, including Photo Mode and NVIDIA Ansel. The range of movement in both of them is very limited though, so you may want to grab a Cheat Engine table that removes the bounds of movement entirely when using Ansel, available here: https://framedsc.github.io/GameGuides/aplaguetale.htm
Game also uses a lot of post processing that pollutes the picture, but you can manage these effects in Documents/My Games/A Plague Tale Innocence/ENGINESETTINGS. Open the file with notepad and scroll all the way down to PostProcess. There you can disable some effects by setting them from 1 to 0. For clarity remove things like Sharpen, Fringe (chromatic abberation), LensFlare or Film Grain. Above PostProcess you can also find similar settings for DOF and Motion Blur.
