Game does not support 21:9 natively. There are various fixes available, I've used one by Lexar's Games. It makes gameplay and cutscenes scale properly to 21:9 and also removes low health and stealth screen effects that are otherwise locked to 16:9. Alternatively you can either use the fix from WSGF thread or one from FPS Unlocker, which among other things let's you unlock aspect ratio and framerate (game is locked to 60 FPS by default)
