Game does not support 21:9 natively. You need use hex editor. I am using XVI32. Find Unravel.exe in your main game directory, open it in hex editor (make a backup before you change anything) and change one instance of 39 8E E3 3F to the values corresponding to your resolution:
26 B4 17 40 for 2560x1080
8E E3 18 40 for 3440x1440
9A 99 19 40 for 3840x1600

Game then properly scales to 21:9. In-game cutscenes are 21:9 as well, while pre-rendered ones are 16:9.
Game is hard locked to 80 FPS.
