A quick way to not have to count frames while TASing

Hot tip, you can do this while in read only mode if the inputs leading up to the frame you're searching for are complex!
You can also frame advance several frames, like in groups of 2 frames or 3 or 5, etc. If the area you're looking for covers a wide range and you're trying to narrow it down. An example could be finding the first frame a cutscene can be skipped when there's no visual indication.
