A Shmup By Any Other Name... — GRAB BAG: D-Force
Grab Bag season continues, as surely as our unprofessional setup does! This time, we play D-Force: a vertical shooter by Azmik for the SNES.
To reiterate the rules of Grab Bag, whatever we play should be something we've never played before... and preferably never even heard of! The latter is certainly true in this case. Have any of y'all ever heard of this one? Let us know!
Our secondary setup is still a bit of a work in progress. (Our primary setup being in Nathanael's actual legit studio -- but he's been slammed and preoccupied with various life matters lately. Best wishes, buddy!) Anyway, we're making do for now at my place. I've got an "okay" PC, an inexpensive six-year-old webcam, and a single decent microphone, so let's mash 'em together! Getting multiple people picked up properly on a single mic is tough. Technically it works, but I don't like how some of us have that "distant room echo" quality. Particularly Trevor, in this case, since he was positioned furthest from the mic. Ah well, maybe we can get it better next time!
Thanks for joining us and following along with our scrappy YouTube hobby!
