📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Killer Cages: Digits in cages do not repeat and sum to the value (if given) in the top left corner of the cage.
• Kropki Pairs: Digits on black dots are in a 2:1 ratio. Digits on white dots are consecutive.
• Diagonals: Digits may not repeat on the blue diagonal lines.
