So I picked up the ridiculously cheap USB 2.0 HDMI video capture device. Without a HDMI loopback means you can't actually play games while recording with this. But if you're using this purely to pull some video feed in and you don't need to see it in realtime.. this works..

Considering the RM50 (USD10~USD15) price I got this for, this basically works well as an alternative to the Elgato Camlink.
