Aardvark, a new free App currently in Beta on Steam. You can use Aardvark "Gadgets" as overlays in any Steam VR game.
Similar to the Steam "OVR Toolkit" utility app, but just your desktop screens. You can use the Aardvark overlay engine to create your own "Gadgets". All open source from a senior programmer at Valve - Joe Ludwig et al link below.
