(Abuse) 2 PvP Trinkets in WoW Classic Era (Both Usable, No Shared CD)

This character purchased the Insignia of the Alliance in Hardcore on Defias Pillager, died, and then transferred to Mankirk PvE where I purchased another Insignia of the Alliance. The Hardcore trinket was 18g (20g - 10%) and the PvP trinket was 1g20s (1g33s33c - 10%). The trinkets are visibly different, as one says Requires Corporal and one doesn't. It seems these have different item numbers based on the links below, so that likely allows you to essentially equip 2 of a unique trinket.

This was recorded Thursday night 11/9/2023 and "yesterday" was Wednesday night 11/8/2023. I don't know if a patch today created this, or if it is simply from transferring from hardcore to era, but this seems like it can be abused if used in a PvP situation.
