Day 1 of my Freeze team with Kokomi. The idea is there's a trade-off, instead of Mona's ATK buff we get higher Hydro uptime and healing. So, we can swap out Diona without losing the ability to heal.

Rosaria can do more damage than Diona of course, but it doesn't feel like a big difference, especially at C0. Kokomi also fits better in a 20-second rotation, so someone like Shenhe or Kazuha would make better use of the extra time I think.

But I mean, if we're looking for perfect synergy we'd probably replace most of the party and end up with Ayaka Freeze. I'll try out a bunch of teams, but I'm not replacing Ganyu as my Cryo main anytime soon.
