One of the key elements of immersion in sim racing is sound. The roar of the engine, squeal of the tires, rumble of a curb and a number of other familiar sounds create a special timbre that makes us feel closer to actually racing a car.

In this video I'm going to pit two of the best sounding racing sims against each other: Assetto Corsa Competizione and Raceroom Racing Experience. I'll showcase some of the best onboards from each title, compare shared cars head to head, and then share my opinion on which I think sounds best.
