Read the article above. Basically I have decided to scrap the fix for the "black plane" issue found when using PCSX2 with its "Hardware Render" graphic option. A lot of people are having trouble using it or just don't know how to use it despite me having explained the best I could how to apply it and I think installing other dependencies to use a small script is just not worth the hassle (unless you are modding the other AC games).

Luckily there's another method to play AC04 without this issue which relies on using an old build of PCSX2 and the same PNACH codes. For my current rig (750ti 2 Gb VRAM, I7 6700, 16 Gb RAM) the game performed pretty well (some slowdowns here and there, but that's because of my mid-to-low end computer specs) despite the missing effects and small flickering on the ground's textures, but I think the trade off is worthy.

I've linked these things in the article so go check it out. Don't ask me how to set up PCSX2 as there are shitloads of tutorials out there that can guide you out.
