This IL run uses the In Game Timer, which starts at 15:00. Timing stops when the game pauses the level timer at the top left of the screen for the checkpoint.

I reset a lot on this one but hopefully once I get the Max Speed upgrade I can run this more consistently. I think I can still save a few seconds.

The game holds for 1 second after the level starts before granting control of the aircraft which cannot be circumvented.
