2Honestly, when I first booted up the game, and was thrusted into it without a proper introduction of its mechanics, I wasn't a fan. But, after working with it through replaying the first level over, and over, and over, it kind of grew on me. And when I look at it in retrospect, while rendering, it looks absolutely fantastic. The emotions you get when you dive into DFM, and zoom onto a target, you can't find with the old games. They were good, but like Mclaren, a bit clinical. You line up a shot, take it, down the target. Repeat. They were slower, more meticulous, and because of they were designed in that manner, they made you a damn good pilot. This game, is like a Ferrari, it's all flare, drama, and excitement. But only in a warplane.
