Time: 1100hrs
Objective:
-Reach the rendezvous point over Area B7R.
-Defeat enemy squadron.
5:46- Sorcerer Team (Mercenary)
Sorcerer Team can attack you in long range, so make sure to avoid inbound missiles. You will engage each of two hostile aircrafts. Look on your map before two will join as one, and it will be hard in a dogfight if you engage much longer.
13:36- Gault Team (Soldier)
Shoot down 8 hostile aircrafts. Take the thrill of defeating the Gault Team, and watch their movement to attack.
21:33- Wizard Team (Knight)
You'll engage 4 hostile aircrafts (F-16XL) which will be mixed with stealth aircrafts (YF-23A). If you wait longer, the stealth fighters will spawn to join the combat. Shoot down 4 enemy aircrafts before the stealth units arrive for a while.
Tips: You will engage the enemy squadron in Area B7R depending on your Ace Style. You'll unlock an aircraft and its special color when you defeat an enemy squadron during the mission in Campaign Mode.
Ace Style is the mechanic affecting aces and unlocking different aircraft in Campaign depending on how many targets you destroy as your AR indicator will change in debriefing.
Mercenary: A pilot who seeks strength and money, a Mercenary Ace leaves no target on the battlefield alive, whether it's defenseless or not. Destroy all targets on the battlefield.
Soldier: A pilot who can read the tide of battle, a Soldier Ace keeps the balance between destroying and sparing defenseless targets. Your AR indicator must keep balance between Mercenary and Knight as long as you minimize engaging yellow targets.
Knight: A pilot who lives for pride and honor, a Knight Ace shows mercy towards the weak and defenseless. Do not engage yellow targets, even if it means forgoing their credit value.
