Using a Bluetooth mouse might be a jerky jumpy affair on the Acer Iconia W4, luckily there's a very simple fix for it.

*UPDATE 19th Jun 2014* Some have suggested changing the channel of the WiFi AP might solve the issue as well.

*UPDATE 10th Jan 2014* After even more testing unfortunately it seems like this isn't the BEST solution, depending on what you're using sometimes DISABLED might be better sometimes AUTO might work better. So my advice now is to fiddle around with it to get the best experience for your device.
*UPDATE* In the video I mention that the value should be set to DISABLED, this seems to be causing problems with high bandwidth functions like BT Speakers and Joypads, AUTO seems to be a better option.
