Activision Patch Challenge of the game Plaque Attack. Going way back to the Atari era of the 80's, you were able to take a picture of your TV and send the picture into Activision and receive a real patch in the mail if you got a certain score on a game. The score was usually in the instruction manual that came with the game. This is my attempt to collect as many of these high score patches as possible.
