Ad Infernum is a survival-horror immersive sim where you unearth ancient rituals while stranded at an abandoned gas station in the middle of the desert.
Aside from standard survival-horror gameplay, there's a complex Nerve system that can manifest countless unscripted horrors basically anywhere in the game.
