Near full game from selecting Copen to the first cliffhanger ending.

It turns out that if you've completed Shovel Knight stage to unlock Code of Shovelry and then soft reset which goes back to the game select menu, it will lock Code of Shovelry again until the player beats Shovel Knight... again.
It wasn't an issue in the 3DS DL'd copy of Gunvolt 2 (not Striker Pack) because a soft reset goes back to the game's menu and not "exiting" the game entirely.
