Adam has long admired effects artist Phil Tippett's mastery of creature movement and the way he animated his stop-motion puppets, including the ones Phil made for Jurassic Park that never made it to film. To pay tribute to Phil's work, Adam begins a replica of the T-Rex puppet that sits in Tippett Studio's lobby, starting with a printed 3D scan of the head and manually machining all the joints and clevis hinges that make up its neck.
