Heartland Development has made its way to Johnson's Creek and hopes to develop a thriving Power Center on the land Chue previously platted for high density residential and commercial uses.

Though the proposal is mostly in conformance with the previously approved plans, the slight changes mean that a comprehensive plan amendment will be needed, and that the neighborhood will need to be informed of this change.

Opposition will build against the plan until a compromise is made. And Heartland Development is willing to make this compromise, realizing they may get nothing if they don't find a consensus.

In today's episode, we'll build the consensus plan which includes a power center with big box retail, hotels, office space, and multifamily. We'll also plant a boat load of trees.
