Hillcrest is a neighborhood that I brute forced into existence. Topography? Forget it! Bad cul-de-sacs it? Why not! And while I’m VERY tempted to take out the sledge hammer, I think we should try to have a bit more of a gentle touch this time around. We’ll use Move It! to bend the neighborhood to our will, respecting the topography along the way. We’ll also expand the neighborhood, fix the surrounding transportation infrastructure, and repair the fishing village – working to ensure that we don’t have any cul-de-sacing issues in the future.

Series Background: In this short mini-series, we'll strive to give Bluffside Crossing the farewell that is was deprived of, by fixing up our past mistakes and improving things with DLCs and CCPs released since we last opened the save. But the biggest change - we're going to practice what we preach and force Bluffside Crossing to respect the topography. This and all subsequent videos will be VERY fast-paced so that we can get this thing finished before Cities Skylines 2 is released.
