The in previous episode, the state of Superior released a Request for Proposal looking for a developer to build 500 housing units and a state part in exchange for a significant chunk of land near the University of Superior – Nicolet Bay. Russ Kowalski and Ben Begay submitted a response and were awarded the project, after teaming up with the college for a joint application. They went on to quickly build the required housing as well as a sports complex – an exaction required by the university to get their support for the project.

Today, Russ and Ben will work on building the state park as well as three higher-end (and higher-margin) neighborhoods geared at attracting professors and other university faculty members. We’ll attempt to give the neighborhoods their own unique vibe by zoning and placing buildings in different and unique ways.
