With the new Airport DLC coming out last week, I decided to do a brand new city from the new maps - The map is Asanu Beach and I am using ALL DLCs.
I really love making bikable Green cities. I very much focused on efficiancy/balancing the budget than making beautiful cities. But in this run I want to challenge myself. So I can't wait to see how this one comes out!

This week, we are unwell, so apologies for the sniffles! We focus on connecting the neighbourhoods and make a new area. We still don't have tons of cash, BUT we are no longer hemorrhaging money.
Remember - starting with high density is not easy! I have near a 1000hrs in the game & I know how to tackle the problems. These are all symptoms of making high density residential from the start! New peeps do not do this, you will be fighting! It's not easy, trust!

This is a modded playthrough. But most mods are QoL as well as roads to help me get green/bikes around the city.
