Stimming is a self-stimulatory behavior that involves repeating certain sounds, visual focus or movements. It is common among neurodivergent people, such as those with ADHD or autism. In this video, I share my personal experience with ADHD stimming, how it helps me focus when I’m bored or distracted, and how it helps me cope with stress and anxiety. I also show you some of the stimming tools and techniques that I use, such as fidget toys, music, and doodling. I hope this video can help you understand more about stimming and how it can benefit neurodivergent people like me. Tags: #ADHD #Stimming #Neurodivergent #FidgetToys #MentalHealth
