Now that we've successfully brought the Solaris, Mobils, Vocalis, and Spiritus systems online by collecting the cerebrum core modules, there's nothing left to do but return to Earth and tell my story.
But on the fall back through Earth's atmosphere, I receive a communication from Emily Hudson, the mother of fellow astronaut Elizabeth Hudson. Once again, I'm under the impression that the casualties and disaster of the mission is my fault. If true, then this ride down to the surface will be the longest ride of my life.
Another open ended sci fi space game for me to digest. But have we seen the last of ADR1FT? I can't wait to hopefully explore the setting in virtual reality in the near future. Also, is there perhaps a happier ending to be found?
Adr1ft is available to play with or without an Oculus Rift or virtual reality device. Movement is controlled via gamepad, in my case a Xbox 360 controller.
The release date of Adr1ft was March 28, 2016.
Adr1ft was developed by THREE ONE ZERO. Published by 505 Games.
