This is the "Down Under Dan" Main theme, if it was using Nintendo's Mario Kart / Mario World instrument sound banks for it's sound processing chip back in the SNES era.

The game originally used the SoundBlaster OPL3 MIDI processing chip - required a compatible DOS sound card.

The instrument banks are available to be downloaded for free, in case you want to play back other MIDIs with the Mario Kart and Mario World instruments.

Please note that the Mario Kart synth of the theme is awful - it sounds like random gun shot dance, while Super Mario World's synth is pretty nice!
