This has been broken a long time, and Cold Iron has yet to fix it.

In the final area of 2-1, you can simply walk up the side of the rock face. Xenos will not climb up after you, and will stay down below.

You'll also note many enemies de-spawn, including Runners and both Warriors. The second Warrior outright kills himself after a bit. This sort of stuff shouldn't happen....

The only threat you have is Spitters or running out of ammo. (Which Recon addresses.) This works on all platforms, all difficulties, with bots or other players both.

I'd like Cold Iron to fix this. In the meantime, here's what's going on when some people do it. I heartily recommend killing them if they're doing it without OKing it with the rest of their team first. Some people want to play the game.
