Played this game for the first time and I was so horrible at drifting that I figured, playing through the game for a first playthrough would be fine, then learn the drifting technique in quick race mode.

This challenge required you to get a certain amount of points in a single lap. In the case of this track (drift track 8), I had to score 169,178. I farmed points on the first two laps and got the target which took some doing. Pretty fun to pull off.
