In this episode of Age of Change, we shift our attention to food. Nearly a third of the food produced globally is wasted. Producing food takes a huge amount of land, water and energy and wasted food significantly impacts climate change - ten percent of greenhouse emissions are caused by food waste. In his North Carolina hospital kitchen, chef John and his team are collecting data to understand what food is being wasted and why.
