Ager's Scepter is stupid in Eruption. As you get kills, you get super energy, which extends the duration of your "Will Given Form" supercharged mode. Furthermore, the longer you streak, the more super energy you gain as gain the "surging" and then "primed" buff. Pair that with One Eyed Mask, which will regen your health and give you an overshield when you kill an enemy that damaged you, and you can go on some ABSURD streaks.
Will Given Form grants an 80% damage bonus, which is WAY more than any other weapon buff in the game by a considerable margin, making going on these streaks ridiculously easy. I paired it with a Third Axiom with Thresh for longer range engagements and for increased super energy gain on kill.
I ran Whisper of Durance to increase the duration of slows from both Duskfields as well as the stasis pulse on kill with Ager's. The rest of the fragments were just for stat dumping to get to 100 Resilience, 100 Discipline, and 100 Intellect. Part of the goal was to freeze targets with the combo of Duskfield slow and Ager's slow pulse, but that never really happened so much as I killed everyone. I also ran Diamond Lance as you get a lance every 3rd stasis weapon kill, which is super easy when you deal 80% more damage and heal on kill with an overshield.
Apparently other people used this build a few days before I did (I think Wallah?), but he's actually good at the game and I'm not so he can eat my butt.
