We start with the Humanoid Robot Frame Robot Kit, which serves as the skeleton of our robot. We then install Actuators, the muscles that allow our robot to move.
Next, we integrate the Jetson Xavier or Jetson Nano for processing needs, and attach LiDAR and 360 LiDAR sensors for environment mapping. A Camera or Vision Sensor is added for visual perception.
We then control the robot’s motors and actuators using Motor Shields and HATs, and power the robot’s movements with Motors. We also keep Spare Parts handy for any replacements or repairs.
Additional sensors like temperature or pressure sensors are added based on the robot’s functionality, and a reliable Power Source is installed for operation.
On the software side, we use ROS (Robot Operating System) for robot programming, OpenCV for real-time computer vision applications, TensorFlow and PyTorch for machine learning and AI, and Gazebo for 3D simulation.
Finally, we add a Microcontroller like Arduino or Raspberry Pi to serve as the robot’s brain, and a Communication Module for network connectivity.
