This is Cisa Perlach Augusta's theme.
Named "Augusta Iaponicorum".
From "Augusta Iaponicorum", created for the S&Y Script Festival 2019.

Since this theme shares its name with the script, perhaps I should explain this name here. "Augusta Iaponicorum" does not mean, as interpreted by most people "Japanese August" in Latin. It's a pun on the Latin name of Augsburg, "Augusta Vindelicorum" where "augusta" is derived from the name of Augustus and means something like "venerable". "Vindelicorum" refers to the tribe of the Vindelici, which lived there at the time. Combined, this gives us "Venerable [Town] of the Vindelici" and "Venerable [Town] of the Japanese" respectively.

Although, yes, the month of August was named in honor of Augustus as well.

This is a powerful, yet also a playful theme. Your usual Extra boss flair, with a bit of added divine grandeur. Fitting, since Cisa is a god.

Or is she?

You can read the details in her profile, linked on the download page for the script.

The protagonists confront her largely because there are already enough gods and religions competing for the humans' attention. Without faith, most gods lose their power and fade away. Her ability to manipulate myths allows her to steal the abilities of the mythical partner at the end - either Aunn, Narumi or Urumi, depending on which team you play as - of the team.

She reacts particularly harsh to Youmu and Urumi arriving at Perlach Tower since neither of them are humans. But since Youmu doesn't exactly have a legend attached to her character, Cisa cannot do much about her.

There are a lot of funny things to be done with such a malleable and vague character. It's the sort of character that just invites you to do silly Rowlingisms, partially because she herself, in a way, is one.

I hope I'll be able to include her in a fangame somewhere, if that ever happens.

This theme music was composed by Tokiko Tatsunagi.
