I decided to talk about Bungie's lawsuit against Aimjunkies because I found the case really interesting since Aimjunkies actually won the first lawsuit since the judge dismissed Bungie's copyright case because it was leaking evidence.
Once Aimjunkies actually won the first case they decided to countersuit Bungie for "Hacking" into one of their engineer's personal computer. However that case also got dismissed since Aimjunkies failed to provide evidence of it.
Then Bungie decided to re-fill their copyright lawsuit again and this time they actually won and got awarded 3.6 million dollars. Aimjunkies had to pay 2500$ for each user that purchased the cheat.
