Airpods Max Have a Major Issue
*Update Apple has released a new firmware for the AirPods Max that’s supposed to fix this issue. I will be testing it and doing a follow up video next week.
Today I'm here to talk about the battery drain issue with the Airpods Max. You can also try the troubleshooting below if you experience this issue and I would recommend to reach out to Apple Support.
Force restart AirPods Max by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and noise control button until the orange light appears.
Restore AirPods Max to factory settings by doing the above and continuing to hold both until the status light turns white.
Manually disconnect the AirPods Max connection after use via the Bluetooth settings of your device.
Disable automatic switching by device.
For the time being, use the Max with one device, for example your iPhone.
