We return to another glorious hunt in Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate where we've got ONE of the TWO second place winners of our Monster Hunter poll. We're going for the apex volcanic predator, the Akantor this episode! This big brute has one of the best ecology cut-scenes in Monster Hunter and can make for a thrilling fight! Though this is one of those strange cases of a low rank quest using a high rank monster so...depending on how long it takes we'll see about completing the last egg delivery quest and unlocking another very special monster with its completion too. Though that one is going to be saved to do at a later day.
