Due to some broken audio hardware, the sound didn't record properly on this one.

I'll summarize the events to compensate.

Saga:
Saga checked out the cells to talk to Alan Wake, and Jaakko, who was also locked up, was yelling to kill/stop Alan saying he was a monster. Well, he turned out to be right, as the Alan we've seen in the world in Saga's chapters turns out to have been Scratch. Saga used the lights around the area and chased him off for now, though Jaakko died when Scratch broke out.

Saga talked with Ilmo the nature of the Cult of the Tree was revealed, it was a purposely scary name to keep people out of the forest. The "cult" was a group of locals that knew the lake was dangerous and was watching over it and killing Taken that escaped. After a chat with Agent Estevez and Casey, Saga started piecing things together. The power of the Clicker allows for making any art come true, so while Alan is the one that needs to change the horror story, she could use it to pull Alan out of the Dark Place at Cauldron Lake. This threw up the "Hey this is the beginning of the endgame" prompt, so it was time to change over to Alan.

Alan:
Alan followed up on what Ahti told him and retrieved the photos Alice left behind in the basement of the studio. Alan then saw a wall of TVs of him having "a time" and freaking out about loops and himself and his name. After the video played, Alan departed the studio and decided to check in with Thomas Zane back in the Oceanview Hotel.

It turned out Tom had been writing with Scratch, as Alan had given up writing in their previous get together and Scratch offered to help get him out of there. Tom claims to regret it but things start freaking out with the 2 swapping places, so Alan shoots him. Based on what we see afterwards, it seems like he's fine and we'll need to follow up on that.

Alan headed to Tom's cinema where his film was, his piece to try and leave the Dark Place. He arrived and started his investigation into the film.
