Alan Wake Part 1 - Streamed 10/05/2020
3(pls do not judge that this does not have a fun title.. my brain is Small and titles are hard okayyyyy)(it's kinda ironic that I couldnt' come up with a good title for the game about the WRITER lol)
Kind of a short boi stream this time, but I definitely like this game!! I want to finish it someday once Halloween month is over, I think. Not sure when exactly, but it will happen.
Isn't it kinda funny that I'm really wanting to finish all three games I've played so far this month??? We haven't had a bad game yet (though I don't think there's a bad game on the list - they were pretty much all games I'd heard good things about lol)
Anyway, this game is super interesting in the way it tells the narrative and the light/dark mechanics are neat. Definitely a good game, and it has aged remarkably well given that it originally came out in the Xbox 360 era.
Although, I may turn the difficulty down for the next time I play - you'll understand at the end of the VOD, like idk how you'd even do that and I really just want to experience the story. This isn't a game that I think needs a challenge to be fun and interesting because the story is so great, so I don't really feel bad about going down a level in difficulty. Don't judge me pls.
I can't wait to see what we'll be playing next!! I'll be live again on Thursday at around 4:30 PM Eastern time to spin the wheel B)
