I think Bethlehem is pretty decent character. Although she might actually be worse than a max breakthrough Barton, I think she beat Kleken and Sariel as a converter.
I didn't play beta so I am not sure how different is she from her beta version. Therefore I only give my opinion based on the officially released Bethlehem.
