Alex Kidd in Shinobi World is a platform game released exclusively for the Sega Master System in 1990. It’s a crossover parody of Alex Kidd (SEGA’s early mascot before Sonic) and Shinobi (SEGA’s popular ninja action series). #sega

Fun Facts:
• Originally conceived as a Shinobi parody featuring a character called “Shinobi Kid.” SEGA later changed it to Alex Kidd to give their mascot more visibility.
• This is the last official Alex Kidd game until Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle got more attention later, and the series was eventually shelved in favor of Sonic.
