I made this to attempt to improve my video editing skills, and to make a short intro for an Alien: The Roleplaying Game session I plan to host on The Foundry sometime.
I wanted to tell a story using only footage and take elements from the intros to both Alien and Alien 3, with the word "ALIEN" slowing appearing on screen as a reference to Alien, and the cut between credits and footage from Alien 3.
The sounds I recorded separately and are either from one of the films listed below, or generic ones I found online.
Footage: Alien, Alien 3, Alien: Romulus, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back.
Soundtrack: Alien Isolation Main Theme.
Software: AMD Adrenalin (recording), Vagas Pro 14.0 (editing).
