This was built with $20 worth of parts from Michael's and Goodwill on top of the cost of the Alien Head Vodka.
Check out BigClive.com as he was the inspiration for this build and provided a little assistance as well.
Sorry for the sideways cam, didn't have rotate on while filming most of the footage but the end or completion is correct. And the nose noises from allergies.

Circuits consist of a NE555 pulsing or fading circuit with you can find videos on YouTube on how to make. A 12 volt car charger to give me a 5 volt regulated power supply and a large resistor used as a voltage dropper for the UV lights.
