This run is pretty terrible.

The Reactor IL strat, using the door glitch, is totally not RTA friendly, but it's still at least two minutes faster than doing the level normally. So after a fully RNG dependent trick on Cargo Elevator that saves 10 to 25 seconds, there's the basically RNG dependent Reactor that can take between 50 and 90 seconds, and then everything else has to go well too.

Almost a minute can be shaved off this time with a perfect Reactor and not-trainwreck Sewer Junction.
