Hey guys! We recently got together and dived back into an old favorite for Halloween. Alien Swarm! An often forgotten little gem made by valve that puts you in the shoes of your standard space marine and pits you against waves of alien bugs. A simple game but a very fun one nonetheless.

There's a ton of unlockable weapons and gadgets in the way of progression and even a prestige mode to the leveling up system. It has full workshop support and a good handful of really great mods to its name. A few of us jumped at the chance to play this great old game again and we introduced it to a few players in the community that hadn't ever played it before too which was nice. :)

We were playing on hard and it took a few goes to finish these levels but it was super satisfying once we finally beat them and it was nice seeing everyone pull together as a team, it turned out to be a really fun night. We'll definitely have to play some more when we get a chance!
