The only real improvement here over the record is entering from Towers of Blood as Red Stealth, which is possible to do. I also tried stomping through the blocks at the end with Iron Knight, but the ceiling is too low to allow that.
I know the in-game timer reads 2'48" at the end, which would make this 0:12, but whenever you collect a clock, the countdown for the current in-game second ticking down to the next is reset. Due to this, I gained almost a second collecting the clock, which means the corrected in-game time would have been around 0:13.
