Hardcore Mode: Mothership (3rd Leader) using Bio-Specialist

Completing this migrates your character to World Level 2.

It also permanently makes enemies +3 level higher than your level whenever you are starting a new mission as the host on Rookie Difficulty. Similarly Professions will make enemies +5 and Veteran will make enemies +7 above your character level (meaning you better have some top tier / upgraded weapons to compensate).

On plus side, you will now get XP faster and have higher chance of better loot drops.

Per my experience so far enemies being +3 higher when playing on Rookie is still not a problem except certain enemies you have to be extra careful with (like Sentinels and Goliath).

I am not sure if I will want to push my Hardcore Mode luck any more by completing Battleship on World Level 2 to make enemies on Rookie +4 above my level. Will decide when I get to that point I guess.
