6A comparison of Alisa's backdash cancels done at differrent points. All start with B on F1-2, neutral on F3 and B on F4-5. Then the number refers to when db,N,B,n,B occurs.
Without a BDC you can followup one BD with another on F37. With cancelling you can follow up any time beyond F6.However, this will interrupt the animation of the backdash, and so cancelling it earlier will actually end up being shorter than cancelling later. However if you cancel too late, you will not get much benefit.
The sweet spot visually appears to be about frame 20, but I welcome people's opinions on that.
