Eddy Combo CH d+2,3 RLX 4
lawnie of tekkenzaibatsu asks about the advantage of d+2,3. My investigations had it at +14, which should mean a RLX 4 (i14) is guaranteed. My initial thought is that this might be one of the false advantages in Tekken (where you can guard but do nothing else for a period of time.) This did not appear to be the case.
The combo appeared to be unreliable. In open ground it will often miss, however up close to the wall it is more reliable. The reason for this is the initiation on RLX 4 varies, being i14 up close but i16 when slightly further away. What is likely happening is that the d+2,3 is pushing them away, and then the RLX 4 is hitting from further back, so it is effectively i16, hence not a combo.
Normal buffer window applies to the RLX 4, so timing shouldn't be any harder than any other exact punish.
Hit analysis shows no light frames, hence not blockable.
This was tested with PStick with computer set stand to guard as well as against a controller, same result.
